How do I proceed through the check out process?
Once you have finished adding items to your Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the checkout process.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal and Bank Transfer (through PayPal).
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order - if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective - then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
How do our shirts fit?
All Wonder Gift Shop shirts are printed on soft ringspun cotton and categorized by Men and Women.
- Our shirts are true to size.
- Men shirts range from XS to 3XL.
- Women shirts range from XS to 3XL. Shirts are unisex; we recommend that you size down for a slimmer fit.

Good news, you can order our products to any place in the world as long as you provide us a valid address.
When will I get my order?
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities in United States and United Kingdom.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
How do I track my order?
